DRP GROUP SIGNS OFF NEW DIGITAL ACQUISITION
posted on: 7/4/2011 10:44:05

Event communications provider DRP Group has acquired Birmingham-based digital media company MS Internet.

It will become part of DRP’s digital media division, combing both their resources and client bases. The acquisition comes after both companies worked together on several projects over the past 12 months.

“It was clear that the two companies shared similar cultures,” said DRP Group MD Dale Parmenter (pictured with team picking up an award). “MS Internet will bring a range of digital media services into the DRP mix.”

DRP’s director of digital media Ben Wallace will lead the new team, the majority of which will be based in a new facility based in the Midlands. The reminder of the group will be based in DRP’s London office.
